OUR TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have a 7 step process. When we deliver it

      • The first step is that we call the patient before reaching to let them know that we are on our way
      • Second, we knock on the door, 
      • If there is no response we ring the doorbell, 
      • If there is no response we call the patient,
      • If there is no response we make a call to the pharmacy,
      • If there is no response, we make a call to the area manager,
      • If the area manager is not reachable we finally call the director.

We have an online application where you input your orders which allows you to keep track of your deliveries on a day to day basis which can also be retracted through our portal on a day to day basis, on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Yes, we provide cash, cheque, prescription, frequency dispensing form along with the collection of NMS forms and services for return of any medications/sharps container.

We try to call the patient and follow the procedures as advised. 

English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi

We only accept cash or cheque payments.

We either bill weekly or monthly.
